On Nov. 25, the chefs of graffEats (www.graffeats.com) will partner with Silver.Spoon Guerilla Dining for the second stop of their guerilla dining world tour to offer a memorable 5-course twist on the American Thanksgiving tradition. The dinner, held in a black box theatre within the Huset complex, will feature a pairing of black and white short films followed by a lounge/bar featuring microbrews from Nørrebro Bryghus, which is open to the public throughout the event. graffEats hosted and cooked for the 2011 Michelin release event in San Francisco and are coming to Copenhagen to present their unique take on the Thanksgiving dinner. Together, Silver.Spoon Guerilla Dining and graffEats have given their guests unique multi-course dining experiences in unusual places ranging from warehouse rooftops to historic buildings, museums, castles, and open fields. The 25th will be no exception as a slice of Americana, full of the autumn warmth/coziness and flavors of the US, arrives in Copenhagen. From the amuse-bouche to the mignardese, Silver.Spoon Guerilla Dining and graffEats will lead you through a journey of epicurean delight.
